Discover the art of observing the world around you through Nature Journaling
Engage with the natural world in a mindful and creative way at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve. Join us for a gentle guided walk through the landscape, taking time to pause, observe, and gather inspiration from the wildlife and seasonal surroundings. Using simple journaling techniques, you’ll learn how to capture what you see, hear, and feel through sketching, writing, and thoughtful observation.
During the session, you’ll create your own nature journal pages blending words, drawings, and collected impressions to deepen your connection with the outdoors. No artistic experience is needed; just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
This event is led by a member of Kent Wildlife Trust’s Wellbeing Team, who will guide you through each step and provide all the materials you need. As we’ll be spending time outdoors, please dress for the weather and wear comfortable footwear suitable for walking.
