Crafting with nature

Weekend Wellness: Walk and Crafting with Nature sessions run at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve, Tyland Barn and West Blean, and are the perfect way to get started with wellness. Creativity encourages mindfulness, and we’ll be exploring this in the great outdoors, using natural tools we find around us. Each session is tailored to the season, crafts might include sun printing, leaf bashing, working with clay, rock painting and tie-dying.

Forest Bathing

Or embark on a forest-bathing session in the ancient woodland of the Blean or in the Heathlands at Hothfield. This meditative practice will help to soothe your body and mind by encouraging you to really switch off through connection techniques using all five of your senses.

Whichever you choose, the team will be on hand to help you switch off an immerse yourself in nature fully, ensuring you return home with an insight into how to bring these practices into your daily life. Start your wellness journey with us at our beautiful nature reserves!
