Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve is home to many bird species during the spring; spend some time observing them on this guided walk.
Join us for a guided walk of Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve, taking some time to observe the birds found there during the spring. Your guide will be one of the reserve's dedicated volunteers, who knows exactly what to look out for!
March is a good time to see and hear resident woodland birds which will be in good voice as they prepare for breeding. Many winter visitors will also still be in evidence, with good chances of seeing Snipe, Siskin and Redpoll, together with Shoveler, Pochard and Wigeon on the lakes. There should also be good views to be had of the Grey Herons as they start to nest.
We recommend you bring a pair of binoculars to make the most of this walk. It could be muddy underfoot, so please wear sturdy footwear.
This walk is recommended for over 12s only.
Charges apply to use the car park, car/app payments only.
