As you move at an easy pace, you’ll be encouraged to pay attention to your surroundings, spotting small details, noticing changes in the seasons, and tuning into natural sounds along the way. You will have a chance to use binoculars, eye glasses and learn about apps to help with nature identification.

During this relaxed session, you’ll gather leaves, stones, and other seasonal treasures before arranging them into a simple, eye catching design that reflects the colours and patterns of the outdoors.
