About the event

Embark on a forest bathing-style session to deepen your connection with nature.

Rekindle wonder and awe as you are guided with invitations to connect with the natural world—whether through mindful walks or peaceful sit spots.

Each event will be led by a member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team who will offer you opportunities to connect with nature in ways you feel comfortable with.

Nurtured by Nature will run at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve on:

- 23 June, 10am-12pm

- 21 July, 10am-12pm

- 18 August, 10am-12pm

You're welcome to attend an individual event, or join us regularly to embrace wellness as part of your routine.

Remember we'll be outdoors, so come dressed for the weather and wear comfortable footwear for walking.
