Weekend Wellness: Mindful Walk and Rock Painting invites you to engage with the natural world in a mindful and creative way. Using simple tools, and nature as your inspiration, you'll feel the benefits of getting out into the great outdoors in the beautiful surroundings of Tyland Barn Nature Park & Gardens.
You’ll begin with a guided walk through the park, taking in the sights, sounds, and textures of the landscape. Afterwards, you’ll have the chance to transform your nature‑inspired ideas into a hand‑painted design on a smooth rock to take home.
A member of Kent Wildlife Trust’s Wellbeing Team will lead the session, offering guidance and encouragement throughout. All materials and tools are provided, so you can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy time in the great outdoors.
Herbal tea will be provided and there is a café on site
