About the event

Wildlife friendly gardening does not mean letting every weed, pest and disease run riot, indeed non-native species may threaten wildlife as much as our garden plants.  This talk looks at where the harm comes from, a “prevention is better than cure” approach and the wildlife friendly measures open to home gardeners

An interactive power point presentation delivered by zoom. There will be time included for questions & we welcome discussion.

Participant numbers restricted to enable maximum benefit

No prior knowledge required, just a love of gardening and wildlife.

Led by Alison Marsden, who is a gardening tutor with particular interest in wildlife and wellbeing and has been a KWT Gardening for a Wilder Kent voluntary advisor since 2015
