Join the fight against the climate and nature crisis by signing up to the Wilder Kent Awards
The Wilder Kent Awards is an award scheme set up to recognise and reward the fantastic work being done by schools and community groups across Kent in the fight against the climate and nature emergency. So if you volunteer for a community group outside of Kent Wildlife Trust, or know of a school in your area that is taking positive action to restore nature, then why not sign them up for the Wilder Kent Awards.
The awards are FREE to enter and by entering you’ll not only be helping to change the environment for the better, but you’ll also be improving your own physical and mental wellbeing, enjoying new experiences and maybe learning new skills.
Upon entering, you will receive your booklet which will outline the three categories which the award criteria focus on: Protecting Wildlife, Sustainability and Carbon Reduction and Engaging with Nature. Last year we celebrated over 50 award winners and we are hoping 2023 will be our greatest year yet.
