Forthcoming Fundraising Events

Kent Wildlife Trust's enthusiastic new Community Fundraising Team is appealing to its supporters and the wider community to help organise fun events to generate much-needed funds for the Trust to further develop its work in protecting the threatened wildlife in your local area.

By organising a community fundraising event or activity you will also be helping to spread the wildlife conservation message and create valuable publicity opportunities through the local media.

Fundraising should be fun. We want our volunteer fundraisers to enjoy what they do. After all, you are our ambassadors and if you are having a good time others will too!

Waitrose Community Matters

Waitrose Community Matters is a new scheme. Each month participating branches donate £1,000 between three local causes that have been chosen. At the checkout customers receive a token and they can then place this in one of the three charity boxes. The more tokens the charity gets the bigger the donation. We are delighted to annouce that we have been nominated at the following stores: Tenterden, Biggin Hill, Dartford, Green Street Green and Tonbridge.

Please help us acheive the most we can out of this scheme to benefit Kent's wildlife by considering the Trust when you are next shopping at one of the above stores.
