The 65th Annual General Meeting 2023

Notice is hereby given that the 65th Annual General Meeting of Kent Wildlife Trust will be held at Tyland Barn, Chatham Road, Sandling, Maidstone, Kent ME14 3BD on Saturday 15th July 2023 commencing at 1.00pm.

Members will be invited to participate in the meeting online and provision will be made for a limited number of members to attend in person. Further details on how to register for the meeting will be emailed to members. Members can also register below.

1. Welcome and apologies for absence

2. Approval of the minutes of the 64th Annual General Meeting held on Saturday 23rd July 2022.

3. Presentation of the Trustees’ Annual Report and Accounts for the Year ended 31st December 2022.

  • Report on the year by Chairman Dr Chris West and CEO Evan Bowen-Jones
  • Report on the accounts by Hon. Treasurer Rachel Hoey.

4. Appointment of Auditors.

5. Election, re-election and retirement of members of Council (Trustees):

5.i Retiring and standing for re-election having served a term of three years since their last re-election: Charles Tassell and Colin Peters

5.ii. Retiring and standing for re-election having been appointed as a member of Council on 13 October 2022: Nick Barter.

Members are entitled to appoint another person as a proxy to exercise their rights to attend, speak and vote at the meeting. If you would like to arrange a proxy vote, please email AGM@kentwildlife.org.uk at least seven days before the meeting.
