Corporate Volunteering

What better way is there to promote your staff’s wellbeing whilst demonstrating your company’s social responsibilities than a day volunteering with Kent Wildlife Trust?

We organise a variety of volunteering opportunities suitable for all ages and all abilities. Tasks include hay making, fencing, pond work, building insect homes, willow clearing, tree planting, hedge laying; in fact anything and everything that we can think of to help maintain Kent’s natural beauty.

Many of our corporate groups return every year, not only to see how their previous labours have borne fruit, but also because they use it in their promotion to their staff and customers.

You can arrange a volunteering day for a group of your colleagues either as a standalone day or, for smaller groups by joining one of our existing work parties. Volunteering opportunities takes place throughout the county and throughout the year, but because of the need to protect our birds and other wildlife during their breeding season, opportunities are more limited during some months in the summer.

Some of our activities specifically organised for a group will incur a charge, or a request for funding the materials needed. As many of our activities take place on reserves, you should be aware that you will be outside (in all weathers!) and we rarely have toilet facilities available.
