Volunteer Education Admin
Our Wildlife Study Day programme delivers training and learning opportunities for those interested in protecting wildlife for the future. We run a range of study days - from recognising bird calls to accredited qualifications in identification in botany. Our wildlife courses offer beginners and those with different levels of wildlife knowledge the opportunity to add to their skills and knowledge.
Our team is very busy designing, booking and advertising our programme of wildlife study day courses and we are now looking for a volunteer who can spare a few hours a week to help us out.
The tasks are varied, but will include activities such as updating course information sheets, creating Study Day Leader packs with feedback and claim forms, analysing feedback from courses and proof-reading. You'll need to be comfortable using a computer and be willing to get stuck in.
We're flexible on the day of the week that this is carried out, but must be on a Monday-Friday and volunteering will take place at our Tyland Barn HQ.
We can reimburse reasonable travel expenses for this role, and we're happy to act as a referee for regular volunteers.
How to apply: Please complete the application form and return to our volunteering team, we'll be in contact to discuss the role further and invite you along to shadow a session at your chosen session.
