Nature is in trouble and you can help by joining one our Family Learning Days

In 2018 we ran some wildlife courses which were designed to help families learn about wildlife together.

These Family Learning Days were courses of a shorter duration with a specific learning outcome to help families to explore nature and conservation topics together.

They were of approximately 2 to 3 hours in duration and helped us to spread the story of Kent Wildlife Trust to more people.

Example of a Family Learning Day in 2018:

Thursday 2nd August, 5 – 7 pm: Family Birdwatching Evening

Come and watch water birds with the whole family in this wetland habitat.   An enjoyable evening for the family watching water birds at this globally important wetland.  Experienced birdwatchers will be on hand to assist you and provide helpful advice. Have a go at using a high powered telescope.
