About the event
Join us to experience nature’s benefits, through mindfulness and nature connection. We will explore Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve and practise different mindfulness techniques to enhance our connection with nature.
After a brief introduction at the visitor centre, we will start our walk around the reserve stopping at points to practise mindfulness before returning for a debrief.
It is expected that by attending this walk you will learn how nature can help you manage your wellbeing, through learning mindfulness techniques and connecting with the environment.
Suitable for beginners and improvers.
