Have fun outdoors with your family in beautiful woodland where you’ll be learning how to make a shelter using natural materials, tarps, tents and how to use knots. This is a great opportunity to explore one of the Sevenoaks Commons - Hosey Common.

Shelters will be used if weather is wet. Children (minimum age 4 years) must be accompanied by an adult (max 3 children to 1 adult).

There is some uneven ground and it may be muddy.

What to bring

Wear outdoor clothing suitable for the weather: sturdy footwear, long trousers, long sleeves, waterproofs. Please bring a drink.
