What We Do

Connecting People and Nature

Our vision is of people close to nature, with land and seas rich in wildlife. We want to ensure that every person has the opportunity to experience wildlife in their daily lives.

Places to go and things to see

Our Centres are a great place to get your family out enjoying the Kent countryside.

Our Visitor Centres

Discover wild events

If you're looking for a local wildlife event you've come to the right place. Every year Kent Wildlife Trust runs numerous events across the county to help people experience, learn about and enjoy wildlife - from guided walks to pond-dipping, bat-spotting to arts and crafts, and more.

Bringing communities closer to nature

With the support of various funders, partners and communities, we're working across the county on numerous projects to protect, and connect people with, nature.

Join our teams to help protect Kent's wildlife

From working on our nature reserves to greeting those who come to our Visitor Centres or helping young people to engage with wildlife, our volunteers are all making a huge contribution to the work of the organisation and a big, positive impact to their health and wellbeing.
