What is 30 Days Wild?
30 Days Wild is a fun, feel-good challenge run by The Wildlife Trusts every June. Back for its sixth year, we’re inviting everyone in Kent to carry out Random Acts of Wildness every day during June to re-connect with our wonderful wildlife and wild county. Whether you'll create wild art inspired by the natural environment, feed the birds, exercise in your garden, admire a setting sun or even create hedgehog highway; this June, go 30 Days Wild your way and make an impact for wildlife!
What's in your FREE digital pack?
When you sign up, you'll receive a FREE digital pack full of inspiration to help you plan your wild month! You’ll have a wallchart, wildlife bingo, an activity passport and a nature table template. We’ll send you lots more resources leading up to June too, from instructions for baking hedgehog cupcakes to a beginner’s guide to wildlife photography.
There are also school and care home packs available which have additional goodies such as progress trackers and Random Acts of Wildness cards.
Why take part?
It's not just wildlife that benefits during 30 Days Wild, you'll feel great too! Research conducted by the University of Derby has consistently shown that enjoying a daily dose of nature during the whole of June, made 30 Days Wild participants feel happier, healthier and more connected with nature.
Who are The Wildlife Trusts?
The Wildlife Trusts is a grassroots movement, made up of 46 individual Wildlife Trusts operating in every corner of the UK, Alderney and the Isle of Man. We care for 2,300 incredible wild places, from remote woods and wild rivers to inner-city pockets of nature. We also look after the amazing wildlife that lives on our coasts and in our seas. By taking part in 30 Days Wild, you can help us to achieve our mission of bringing people closer to nature, and land and seas rich in wildlife.
