Romney Marsh Living Landscape Area
The core area of the Romney Marshes Living Landscape scheme is the low lying land between Hastings and Hythe, to the south of the Royal Military Canal and along the Rother and its tributaries.
Around this lies an area of influence, the wooded hinterland, farmland and towns which have important cultural, landscape and community connections to the core project area.
