Downe Bank

Fackenden Down
OS Map 188 TQ 531605 A west and south-west facing slope of the North Downs on the eastern side of the Darent Valley.

Hewitt's Chalk Bank
OS Map 177 TQ 480629 : Nr Orpington A four hectare site, chalk downland site. There is a large chalk mound on this reserve, formed after the excavation of a railway tunnel.

Longfield Chalk Bank
O.S Map 177 TQ 598693 : Nr Dartford
A small urban fringe site of two hectares. Parts of the reserve appear to have been much disturbed in the past but have now been colonised with scrub and woodland.

Kemsing Down
O.S Map 188 TQ 550594 : Nr Sevenoaks
About 16 hectares, including ancient woodland, on clay-with-flints on the more level parts, and secondary woodland and scrub with areas of chalk grassland on the south-facing slopes.

Ruxley Gravel Pits
OS Map 177 TQ 474700 : Nr Orpington Just south of the A223, ½ mile (0.8 km) west of Ruxley. The reserve consists of an 11 hectare complex of lakes, islands and promontories.
