RO01 & GI09 RNRs

Location Nr Darland Banks Nature Reserve

Site Ref No: RO01 & GI09
Access: Along Star Lane for GI09 and Ash Tree Lane for RO01
Both these sites are good examples of chalk grassland habitat and they support populations of the nationally scarce man orchid.
Other species to be seen at these RNRs: harebell, carline thistle, fairy flax and wild marjoram. In addition, hedgerow cranesbill, adder and glow worm are found at the Star Lane site (GI09).
