Darwin and The Big Question
This year Kent Wildlife Trust is celebrating the 200th anniversary of the birth of Charles Darwin. Darwin was very interested in what was around him and asked questions as to why and how things behaved or interacted. This is being thought of as the 'Big Question'. He then went on to try and answer his questions by asking other people who were specialists. He also made many drawings and notes as he went along.
We will be asking each school group which visits us this year for their own 'Big Question'. We will put these questions, with photographs where possible, into a scrap book at our visitor centres and also onto our page on Making The News. Then we are going to try to find the answers!
