Airport Proposals 'Catastrophic' for Wildlife
Kent Wildlife Trust, the county’s leading conservation charity, has warned that any airport development in the Thames Estuary would be catastrophic for fragile ecosystems and wildlife, and that it is prepared to fight any proposals.

Romney Marsh support for BBC’s ‘Stargazing’ extravaganza
On Monday 16th and Wednesday 18th January from 6 to 9pm, Kent Wildlife Trust is holding ‘An Evening with the Stars’ - free family events at its Romney Marsh Visitor Centre and nature reserve in support of the BBC’s Stargazing LIVE series to celebrate the wonders of the night skies.

Gardeners show off photographic skills
The Romney Marsh Visitor Centre is hosting an exhibition of photographs produced by members of Folkestone and District Mind as part of the horticultural and photographic "Let's Grow" project which is running at the Centre’s Marsh Community Garden until July this year.
